Terms and Conditions
1. The service
ZFour HRMS is a subscription service for a company’s employees and administrators. Access is limited to the licensed user count on the active plan. Field tracking, when enabled, is limited to the licensed tracking-user count.
2. Products and prices
The products we sell, and their prices in Indian Rupees (INR), are listed on the Products and Pricing page. The tax invoice issued to your company is the price that applies to that subscription. Prices are exclusive of GST unless the invoice says otherwise.
Prices below are in Indian Rupees (INR), per licensed user per month, and are exclusive of GST at 18%.

A company may be on a written rate that differs from this catalog. The invoice for that company is the price that applies, and that invoice is also in INR.
3. Payment
- Invoices are payable in INR by bank transfer or by the online payment option on the billing page.
- GST at 18% is charged on taxable supplies in India.
- Interest at 18% per annum is charged if payment is not made within the time stated on the invoice.
- If users are added during a billing period, the extra charge is raised for the remaining days of that period.
4. Term and changes
A subscription runs for the period on the invoice (monthly, or a prepaid cycle of 3, 6, or 12 months). Reducing licences or moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next cycle. Increasing licences or moving to a higher plan can take effect during the current cycle and is billed for the remaining days.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in codes confidential, and for the employee data you store. You must not use the service to break the law or to interfere with other customers.
6. Suspension
We may limit access when an invoice is overdue, when a payment is reversed, or when use of the service creates a security risk. Access is restored once the amount due is cleared, unless the agreement has already ended.
7. Liability
The service is provided as a business tool. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about a subscription period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
