What we sell
- ZFour HRMS — cloud software for attendance, leave, payroll, and people operations, sold as a subscription for a number of licensed users.
- Field / geo tracking — optional live-location tracking for a number of licensed tracking users. Tracking licences cannot exceed HRMS licences.
- Installation and onboarding — a one-time setup fee in INR when the plan includes one.

A company may be on a written rate that differs from this catalog. The invoice for that company is the price that applies, and that invoice is also in INR.
How the bill is calculated
- HRMS fee = licensed users × HRMS price × billing months.
- Tracking fee = licensed tracking users × tracking price × billing months.
- A prepaid term of 3, 6, or 12 months may carry a percentage discount shown on the invoice.
- GST at 18% is added on the taxable value. International customers billed as zero-rated are the exception, and the invoice states that.
- Seat increases during a paid period are billed in INR for the remaining days. Seat decreases apply from the next cycle.
